Dynamic Data Concept's Fundraiser 360°

ImageDynamic Data Concept released the Fundraiser 360° (http://dynamicdataconcepts.com) software in May of 2008. It is an all-in-one system that helps streamline daily tasks and enables the non-profit organization to run sophisticated fundraising events. This software is designed to be customizable to fit any size nonprofit organization’s needs.


In addition to being able to assist in the running of a non-profit organization, Fundraiser 360 has a variety of features to assist in fundraising efforts. The options and features help you to track the progress, outstanding obligations and any other details of your fundraising events.

In Use
Fundraiser 360 is easy to use, with a design and layout that is simple. It uses a Microsoft Outlook style interface. The donor management module enables you to organize and keep track of everything including addresses, relationships and affiliations. This software has features which allow you to establish mailing rules, assign designated solicitors, and schedule reminders and appointments.

This is a multi-module system which includes financial management that has automated check scanning and general ledger interface features. The memorial management module allows you to keep track of important dates, and has features to establish and maintain memorial funds and endowments. The event management module has many features and tools to handle aspects of a fundraising event, no matter the type or size.

Technology employed
Fundraiser 360 uses the Microsoft Windows platform, and can be installed on a single workstation, or configured on a network server. Internet access is also needed for support and updates. Dynamic Data Concept's professionals do the installation and training for you in-house, and will configure the system to fit your specific needs.

The system is easy to use, and training is provided to customize the system for your needs. Updates are delivered automatically, and can be set to be installed  instantly, or the administrator can control when they are installed.

My Opinion
Fundraiser 360 has a simple and efficient design, with an Outlook like interface, making it familliar to most users.  I was impressed with the various built in features and tools. It allows you to enter numerous and detailed demographic information. The reporting system is excellent, with many report templates, and the ability to create your own detailed reports. Overall, this is complete all-in-one software that will simplify all aspects of running a non-profit organization including fundraising events of any size.
