This software is fully integrated for tracking constituents, contributions, contacts, communication, and calendar management. It has many built in features and tools which allow the system to be customizable for your specific needs.

Total Info is user friendly and has well designed features and menus. This software can be learned rather quickly and provides built in contextual help, online tutorials and user manuals are also included. It is a single solution for all aspects of your non-profit organization and all data is stored in one database.

Total Info allows for the entire organization to use the same system and share the same data. This software allows for all departments including development, grant management, marketing and volunteer management to share data in one application. It has comprehensive contribution tracking which can handle all types of donations including pledges, matching gift, soft-credits, and major gifts. This software can also handle various events including silent and live auctions.

Technology employed
Total Info can be installed on a single workstation, a small network (Peer to Peer) and also on larger networks using servers. This software is designed to work with both Windows and Macintosh.

Requirement for a PC running Windows are: Windows XP, ME, 2000, or 98. 512 MB RAM and 100MB available space on hard drive; for Macintosh requirements are: OS X Tiger, 1GB RAM and 100 MB available space on hard drive

Easy-Ware Total Info is easy to use and install. It can be deployed on a single workstation, a network, or using a server. Very little training is needed to use this software. There are manuals, built in help menus and online tutorials to assist with installing and deploying.

The purchase price for Total Info starts at $695 for a single user version and for unlimited users the price is $2,095. This includes all features and there is a one time license fee. There are plans available for annual support, training and data conversion for additional fees.

My Opinion
Total Info is very user friendly and I liked the various built in features, such as the quick look up data panel and the one-click batch thank you letters. This software is customizable and it is very easy to navigate through all of the menus and interfaces. It has critical notes and reminders which pop up automatically to keep you on track. This is a complete system that would work well in any size of non-profit organization.
