WIN Warehouse Launches New Bulk Donation Ordering Program

WIN Warehouse, a public charity that connects nonprofit organizations with corporate excess inventory, recently launched its new bulk ordering program. The type of inventory available in the bulk ordering program includes paper products, safety products, safety shoes and boots, and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products.

“Many of our member organizations have ongoing needs in these categories,” says Tony DiFranco, program director at WIN Warehouse. “To fill that need and provide an even more cost-effective solution, we are now offering products by the pallet and by the truckload.”

The bulk ordering program is particularly beneficial for nonprofit organizations with multiple or large facilities as well as many employees or volunteers. The new program can help the organizations save up to 99 percent off retail prices for select items including toilet paper, trash bags, outdoor equipment, cleaning supplies, safety goggles and safety boots.

“As an example of what we are offering, a nonprofit member can get a pallet of paper goods with an approximate value of $8,600 for our handling fee of just $250,” continued DiFranco.

Both the types and the number of products available for bulk orders will vary as inventory changes on a regular basis. Bulk orders requested by pallet can be picked up from WIN Warehouse in St. Louis or through freight shipping.

In order to qualify for bulk product distributions, organizations must have a current WIN membership and fill out the bulk product request form. To learn more about how to become a WIN member, visit www.winwarehouse.org.
