JMT Consulting Group Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire NFP Consultants
JMT Consulting Group, a leading consulting firm serving nonprofits, has announced they have signed a letter of intent to acquire NFP Consultants, an award-winning value added reseller supporting tribal and government organizations along with the nonprofit community.
"This acquisition marks an important step in JMT's strategy of being the leading resource for nonprofits, said Jacqueline Tiso, CEO and founder of JMT Consulting Group. Bringing these two great companies together will allow us to transcend what we have accomplished as separate businesses into one superior consultancy.
NFP Consultants, based in St. Louis, Missouri, has been supporting the nonprofit community with technology consulting for over 16 years. NFP has earned top honors from Accounting Technology and Sage Software, including the coveted Business Partner of the Year for Sage Nonprofit Solutions, for seven consecutive years.
This is an amazing opportunity for us to join forces with JMT Consulting Group, said John Francis, president and founder of NFP Consultants. Our combined expertise and employee talent is unmatched in the industry, making us the clear partner of choice for the nonprofit community.
Mr. Francis will be joining the executive team at JMT Consulting Group as vice president of business development to support the company in this new venture, as well as future growth plans.
I have known Jacqueline Tiso and John Francis professionally for over 10 years and both are extremely dedicated to serving the nonprofit community, said Kent Hollrah, president of JMT Consulting Group. Combining our businesses and best practices, we can do even more together to help nonprofit organizations do what they do best.
Closing of this transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close in approximately 60 days.
