In Salton City California the school district has found a way to bring technology to lower income families, reports the Seattle Times. Many families in the community don’t have access to wi-fi so the school district has outfitted a school bus with a wi-fi router. The mobile hotspot rolls around the community giving kids internet access to complete their homework.
