Even in a city overflowing with tech profits and tech talent, pockets of Austin lack access to the technology and connectivity many take for granted. 

According to Buffalo News, nonprofits need to spend more on technology and overhead to become successful.

Nonprofits that spend more on information technology, facilities, equipment, staff training, program development and fundraising tend to be more successful than those that scrimp on these"overhead expenses.
