Survilla M. Smith, Founder/President/CEO of S.P.A.C.E: What is your mission?
What I do is to bring artists and poets into view of the public and present them as artists and poets. More or less giving them a chance at success.
I do not sell anything, but if the artists or poet wish to sell their creative works, they, of course, are free to do that. My quest was to give them a venue in which they could exhibit or read artistic creations.

I did have a website for twelve years where I would post their paintings, bios, poems, etc. And I would receive letters, e-mails and telephone calls from not only across the United States but also from Japan, Ireland, England etc. But now the web site has been dismantled (while I was ill and trying to maintain my nerves after my son's death) And since the S. P. A. C. E. website is no longer available ...I'm really crushed!
Studio for the Promotion of Arts, Culture and Excellence S. P. A. C. E. An Artistic Community, Inc., is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt cultural and educational organization which has no staff members and no funds.
Artfully,
Survilla M. Smith
