Teens Hacking for Good
"I shot this picture in a breathtaking wheat field in Mexico as the sun was going down. I love how it captures their individaul personalities and who they are as a collective. Together they are facing all the world throws at them. They are each other\u2019s safe harbor. As a mother it blesses my heart to know she has such incredible friend to do life with."
The nonprofit 18 Tech Ventures was started by two teens who wanted to give their high school counterparts a way to take part in a hack-a-thon, reports KPIX 5.
Working out of a family garage, two teenaged friends are making it possible for thousands of students to get real-world experience in computer science.
