Remote Desktop Protocol(RDP), a set of standards that allow users to connect to another computer over a network connection for remote administration, is being exploited by cyber criminals, reports the Nonprofit Times.

According to the Nonprofit Times, Microsoft has issued new security standards to protect users of Office 365 for Nonprofits from cyber attacks.

Benetech, a Silicon Valley nonprofit, is testing a social services platform that allows six Bay Area social service agencies to maintain a shared  database of local resources, reports Nonprofit Quarterly. The services database is maintained through an open-standards data exchange.
