According to GeekWire, recently Amazon held its first nonprofit expo. The expo gave employees the opportunity to meet with and learn about 70 nonprofit organizations. The event drew 1,000 Amazon employees.

According to the Seattle Times, a new nonprofit will study the impact of artificial intelligence on humanity. The Partnership on Artificial Intelligence to Benefit People and Society is a collaborative effort between several tech companies including Amazon and Microsoft.
