ReadySetAuction update
ReadySetAuction is an cloud-based auction service that can help you manage your next live, mobile or silent auction. It bills itself as a all in one program for your auction event. It has features to help you manage your guests, including recording guest RSVPs, table assignment and tracking of meal. The software also has real time tracking so you can assign tables at the event without worrying about overbooking seats.
Obviously you don’t have an auction with out items to bid on and ReadySetAuction helps track the donations as well as the guest.
You can track both goods and services, in-kind, and cash sponsorships. The software also lets you combine different items into baskets or packages. If you are running both and in person and an online event you can use the software to designate which items are available for which auctions.
With the software you can also merge the information from the donation section with templates available from ReadySetAuction to make printed materials for your auction.
On your actual auction night you can use the cashiering function to make your guests bidding and buying experience seamless. The software lets you capture your guests’ credit card information at check-in. From there you can record winning bids, fixed-price purchases, raise-the-paddle pledges and more during the event.
Your attendees can check out with cash, check and credit card. You can print and email bidders their receipts for tax purposes.
After the event you can use the post-auction reports to determine the success of your event. And the software helps you plan for next year with bidder and donor data that can be used to generate personalized emails for the next event.
ReadySetAuction offers tiered pricing with the basic package starting at $495. The basic plan doesn’t include the cashiering. All plans include technical support.
