Volunteer Scheduler Pro is a cloud based program that offers scheduling, communication, and reminder tools to make it easy to fill volunteer spots.

The scheduling program can be accessed online or via a mobile app. Your volunteers can browse all the volunteer opportunities available and sign up online.

All new volunteers will create a user profiles that lists their skills, interests and availability. Plus, the program can be set up to automatically collect any necessary waivers.

After a volunteer signs up they will receive  automatic reminders so they don’t miss a shift and if they need to find a substitute for their shift they can use the program to find a substitute. Volunteers can also trade shifts via the software.

You can also use the software to send out email notifications to the volunteers.  The software also comes with reporting tools so your organization can track volunteer hours and attendance.

Volunteer Scheduler Pro is a subscription based service and it offers two different packages and each package is tiered based on the number of volunteers. The ‘Lite’ package starts at $22 for 100 volunteers, while the standard package starts at $32 for 100.
