@Pay
You spend hours crafting the perfect email appeal and have carefully cultivate your donor email list. Your email contains a link to your webpage so your donors can give immediately, but nothing will lose a donor faster than having to fill out multiple forms to make a donation.
It doesn’t matter how much they want to support your cause, if it isn’t easy to make a payment they won’t. @Pay, an online giving platform, can help your organization increase the number of donations it receives by making it easier for your donors to give. Ah, but how do they make it easier? Well, @Pay lets donors give directly from their email with 2-click authorization technology.
In addition, @Pay can help your organization set up a giving portal that is optimized for both mobile and desktop. The online portal is also 2-click enabled.
If you run off site events and would like to capture donations during that event you can use @Pay’s text-to-give program to collect text donations. And, by using @Pay’s text-to-give program you can bypass the carrier, so you don’t have to give a portion of your donations to the carrier and your organization won’t have to wait 90 days to receive your funds.
The platform supports over 90 payment processors. @Pay doesn’t impose restrictions on the donation dollar amount. The only limitation is the one set by your credit card processor. For instance, some processors won’t process anything lower than $1.
@Pay takes data security seriously. They take numerous steps to keep your data safe including fraud detection, tokens and PCI compliant data storage.
Pricing for @Pay varies. They offer starter service that gives your organization a web giving pay and the cost is 4.9% plus .30 per transaction. Other plans have a monthly fee (starting at $99) but include more services including text-to-give.
