Givn: Increase Social Media Impact
Peer to peer giving is growing in importance. According to recent survey by the Red Cross, 70 percent of social media indicated taking action after seeing a charitable giving post on a friends social media feed.

The app leverages the organization’s donors and volunteers social networks to multiply support for the organizations.
Donors and volunteers can download the free app, and use it to make donations to their favorite causes. After they donate they can then use the app to post to their various social media sites to inspire others to do the same.
Similarly, Givn offers a subscription based service for nonprofits. Plans are tiered based on budget, with the lowest plan starting at $9/month. Nonprofits can add Givn to their giving campaigns so donors can then share their experience via social media after giving.
In addition, for nonprofits Givn offers ways for the organizations to track shares, clicks and donations.
This sharing allows nonprofits to reach a broader audience and capture donors that might have been unfamiliar with their programs. Givn also sends out tips to help nonprofits inspire and reach new supporters, volunteers and donors.
