The app includes donor information, a description of the donated items, the condition of the donated items, and value of each donation. This app can be emailed to the benefactor, uploaded, and stored for then nonprofits records.
Within each Canvas user account you can control what Canvas apps each user can access, put your users in groups to easily publish new apps for specific teams, auto-populate fields based on the user logging in, saving them time. You can also see what users are submitting data. Each submission is tied the account that filled it out and sent it in.
Pricing for Canvas is "per user" pricing. Each user must have an account; accounts can't be shared across multiple users. Pricing varies on your needs. Plans start at $15/mo.
