Rotunda Cloud based volunteer scheduling offers non-profit an easy accessible way to schedule their volunteers. Volunteer Pro streamlines the enrollment process with an online enrollment form, which collects the volunteers’ personal information (name, address, contact info). When enrolling volunteers indicate their preferred time slots and duties (if applicable) and if there is a schedule conflict, volunteers can fill out a swap request form. The software sends out automatic email reminders to volunteers. The email reminder contains a link so the volunteer can request a sub if that time no longer works for them. Volunteers can even include a custom message in their sub request. The organization can create personalized emails to send to volunteers, reminding them about attire or pertinent information.
There are two versions lite and standard. Both versions require a monthly fee, which is based on the number of volunteers. For a group with up to 100 volunteers it is $20/mo for lite and $30/mo for standard. Unlimited email and telephone technical support is included with all subscriptions.
There are a few additional fee notes: While there are no setup charges, the full subscription cost is paid up front at the beginning of the subscription. The minimum length of a subscription is six months.

Lite has customizable online enrollment forms, online sign up and online subs/trades. Both lite and standard have a communication function which includes an email capability and both versions also include a report feature that offers rosters and attendance.
