Nonprofit Gets Grant to Increase Tech

Washington nonprofit receives grant to help it purchase technology to grow its tele-health services, reports the Observer-Reporter.

The Washington County Community Foundation (WCCF) recently awarded a $12,000 technology grant from its Close to Home Disaster & Emergency Fund to Washington Communities Human Services (WCHS) to purchase an information technology server for tele-health services. 


Amazon Supports Girls in Tech

Girls in Tech is receiving support from Amazon Web Services for the annual conference and additional programs that it is offering, reports Silicon Angle. 

Amazon Web Service Inc. early today announced that it will provide support for the global nonprofit Girls in Tech and its annual conference.
