I think if you’re a medium-large nonprofit or business in general – investing in a CRM is a good idea. A CRM lets you store all of your data in one place to make it easier to access. I think where EveryAction falls short is that some of their features are just “ok.” Reviews on Capterra mention that the reporting can be limiting. But where EveryAction accels is that their customer service seems to be exceptional. I do appreciate that not only do they have a chat feature, but they have assets that users can utilize from webinars to videos to learn exactly how to use the program.
