In Use
MatchMaker Enterprise is user friendly, and is designed with easy to use screens to manage all gifts, including multi-year pledges and corporate matching gifts. The software has features which allow you to manage and cultivate donor relationships. It has a note system that enables you to track your contacts, and follow up with each donor. You can maintain donor attributes and analyze their contribution patterns and interests.

There are over 150 reports available within the software to provide detailed reporting of constituents, gifts, pledges and event transactions. MatchMaker has the ability to maintain a vast array of user defined values that are assigned to sources, attributes, pledge transactions and event management. The values are written in Standard English, making it user friendly, and all values are available for queries and reports.

Matchmaker Enterprise can be installed on work stations or on a network server. It is compatible with Windows 2000 Professional, XP Professional and Vista Business Edition and Windows 2000 or 2003 server. The system requires Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2000, XP, 2003 or 2007. It is also recommended that all systems have access to a high speed Internet connection, a battery backup, a CD-ROM/DVD Combo drive, current anti-virus software and a minimum of 1GB of RAM.

Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
Once installed, MatchMaker software is user friendly and has easy to use screens and tools. It is designed to be used on single-user systems, peer to peer systems, and from a network server. The staff at MatchMaker will manage the conversion of your current database. Training is provided by the company, and trained staff is available to help in configuring and deploying your software.

My Opinion
MatchMaker is well designed and user friendly. It can handle all aspects of managing all donor and fundraising needs of any size organization. I especially liked the number of different reports available, and the query system is exceptional. Virtually every user defined value can be queried, making it is easy to extract the data. This is multi-module software that would take care of all aspects of managing a non-profit organization.
