According to Nonprofit Times, changes in how people give and interact with nonprofits has strained many organizations' legacy systems, reports the Nonprofit Times. 

While charitable donations were up during 2020, the need for nonprofits’ missions increased even faster. Managers stinted their internal structures in funding their efforts. 

Cisco partnered with nonprofits to ensure that refugees had access to accurate and timely information regarding public health, reports Yahoo.
