AT & T and Connected Nation are partnering to bring Wi-Fi hotspots to 27 states, reports State Scoop.

School districts that serve vulnerable and disabled students in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and 24 other states will receive free Wi-Fi hotspots from AT&T and Connected Nation, a nonprofit that provides communities with broadband technology and support, the organizations announced Tuesday.

According to the Orange County Register, the Braille Institute in Anaheim has made the switch from providing services in person to online. 

Practically no segment of everyday living has been spared from the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Technology has helped nonprofits continue to receive donations, reports Entrepreneur.

The holiday season is the time of year when charitable giving hits its peak, with nearly one-third (31 percent) of annual giving occurring in December alone.
