Red Cross Faces Blood Donor Shortfall; Offers Incentives for Donations
The American Red Cross is experiencing a shortage of blood donations, with 26000 fewer donations collected in May than needed. To encourage donations, the Red Cross is offering a $10 gift card to donors in June, as well as a chance to win a backyard theater package.
