Boardable Promotes Daniel Gardiner to Vice President of Engineering Hunters Race

Boardable, an online board management and meetings platform, today announced the promotion of Daniel Gardiner to vice president of engineering. Gardiner brings with him more than 15 years of experience spanning senior technology roles with tech startups and software companies.

The growth Boardable achieved during an economic shift is a testament to its vision, product excellence and execution,” Gardiner said. “As a lifelong learner and problem solver, I am eager to continue the growth of Boardable’s cross-functional engineering teams to meet the needs of boards nationwide, both at the nonprofit and enterprise level.”

Since joining Boardable in 2020, Gardiner has grown the engineering team by 250%, while leading the technical challenge of scaling infrastructure to support millions of users. Prior to Boardable, he spent eight years scaling and leading tech advancements at a search engine and content analytics SaaS company. As VP of Engineering, Gardiner will continue to scale growth within the engineering team while providing hands-on technical expertise, leading product strategy and delivering guidance on designing software architectures.

“Daniel has proved himself as an asset to the company and continues to fuel our product innovation,” said Jeb Banner, CEO of Boardable. "He has a keen focus on continuously improving the solution to deliver and exceed our customers’ expectations. His leadership, vision and experience will be invaluable as we continue our journey to equip boards with the right tools so they can focus on leading, not just managing.”

The promotion of Gardiner comes on the heels of the company’s recent Boardable Spotlight product launch. For more information on open positions, visit https://boardable.com/company/careers/
