As director of digital marketing, Gilmore will lead Boardable’s digital marketing team, using data and insights to create marketing strategies across digital channels. Gilmore has nearly two decades of experience in market research, strategy development and business development with brands such as Crow and Anthem, among other marketing consultant roles. From his role at Crow, Gilmore brings an expertise focused in industries such as not-for-profit, education, and technology, directly translating to his new role with the Boardable team.

As senior director of engineering, Gardiner will lead Boardable’s growing engineering team in providing customer satisfaction through software improvements and innovation. Gardiner provides unique expertise scaling engineering teams with startups, spending nearly two decades in engineering and SaaS, including his roles as Chief Technology Officer at Enginuity Search Media, Director of Infrastructure and Data at DashBid and more.

These leadership additions come on the heels of Boardable’s $8 million Series A fund from Base10 with participation from Seed investor High Alpha.
