iDonate Introduces Ignite Fundraising

iDonate digital fundraising solution for nonprofits, has announced Ignite, a new SaaS offering that bundles a major expansion of the company’s digital fundraising platform with a set of integrated services to make it easier for customers to grow.  Building on its highly successful digital solutions that include thousands of ways for donors to give, the platform now includes new event ticketing tools and robust analytics to measure performance.  In addition, these new donor experiences are complemented by a fresh suite of learning, coaching and consulting services to more completely meet the needs of today’s nonprofit organizations and their donors.

Ignite solves a growing problem in the nonprofit community where overall giving has remained stuck at two percent of disposable income for the past 50 years. Nonprofits’ ability to attract and retain new donors such as millennials is lacking and traditional fundraising systems are limited to supporting yearly asks.  With digital fundraising expected to grow in the next five years from 10 percent to 50 percent of an overall $358 billion of charitable giving, nonprofit leaders are actively seeking new platforms that open up donation channels to web-savvy, socially-connected donors who give at the point of inspiration.  Ignite is designed from the ground up to serve this need.

“At iDonate, we are committed to bringing nonprofits up to speed with digital giving so they can best interact with today’s tech-savvy donors and maximize their staff’s time,” said Ray Gary, CEO of iDonate. “With the launch of Ignite, its new capabilities and the addition of services, we’re addressing one of the biggest issues nonprofit organizations are currently facing – a shortage of people, resources and systems to deploy great giving experiences to their donors and execute on effective strategies that will ultimately increase campaign success.”

Ignite Fundraising features three major components:

1.     The Ignite Fundraising Platform for nonprofit administrators that includes unified management capabilities for deploying web, mobile, text-to-give, campaign, events, cash and noncash giving, and multi-tier organization fundraising solutions. The Platform includes a robust analytics dashboard and automated accounting reconciliation to further simplify administration. The updated multi-channel platform allows administrators to easily deploy new online giving options in less than a day.

2.     Ignite Giving Experiences enables donors to easily connect and give through any online, mobile, or social platform at any time, enabling nonprofits to capture donors when and where it works best for them.  Built around “on-demand giving experiences,” Ignite uses embeddable technology to create custom interactions for nonprofits to deploy as natural extensions to their donor outreach. These optimized giving experiences have been designed to reduce abandonment rates and increase retention.

3.     Ignite Fundraising Services to help customers maximize the effectiveness of their fundraising efforts:

a.     Digital Fundraising Academy – providing a four-week curriculum with full CRFE credits that covers the strategies, tips and techniques for accelerating digital fundraising.

b.     Digital Fundraising Coaching – included as standard with each Ignite package, Ignite Coaches enable nonprofit leaders to master the art of digital fundraising through the Ignite platform, working collaboratively to launch growth programs.

c.     Digital Fundraising Consulting – full-service premium outsourcing services that enable the full execution of digital campaigns without putting extra burden on internal staff.

Across the board, nonprofits face a challenge in adapting to technology and the changing expectations of today’s donors. iDonate has modernized fundraising by delivering one unified system that provides a full scope of solutions to improve donor interactions, execute and measure successful campaigns, and support event efforts – all working together to help raise more money.
