Neon One has added ticketing provider Arts People to its growing technology ecosystem, deepening its ability to build capacity through software and services for mission-driven organizations.  

Boardable, an online board management platform, announces today the completion of a $1 million seed round from High Alpha Capital. To support its mission of increasing board member engagement for nonprofits, Boardable plans to invest the funding into talent, product, marketing, and sales, aiming to double full-time employees at the company by the end of 2019. With High Alpha Capital’s new partnership through the investment, Eric Tobias, partner at High Alpha, will join Boardable’s board of directors.

The Chicago Benchmarking Collaborative (CBC) is a partnership of seven well-established education and human services agencies that capitalize on each other’s strengths to make data-informed program improvements and tangibly improve outcomes for the 12,000 low-income individuals and families they serve. Established in 2009, the CBC is celebrating its 10^th anniversary this year—and launching a how-to guide to help other nonprofits increase their mission impact through collaboration.
