Parents as Teachers, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Maryland Heights, received a major grant in February to pilot a home-visiting program combining videoconference technology with in-person consultation.

According to Tech Republic, a nonprofit wants to see more diversity in the cybersecurity field.
Larry Whiteside Jr. wants to solve the talent shortage in cybersecurity and open up economic opportunities to women, Black people, and Latinx people. Whiteside was introduced to cybersecurity as an officer in the US Air Force and has held security roles with Lynx Technology Partners, LCRA, and Greenway Health.
