The Great Resignation impacted the nonprofit sector as well, however, tech may be able to alleviate some problems caused by it, reports Biz Tech Magazine.

Throughout 2022, nonprofits began the slow process of moving past the pandemic. However, as was the case in many other industries, new challenges emerged, particularly the Great Resignation. A study from Nonprofit HR found that nearly half of nonprofits struggled to keep entry-level staff, and 40 percent were challenged to retain midlevel employees.

Events are making a strong fundraising comeback with many organizations keeping to a hybrid strategy. More than half of 880 nonprofit executives polled reported generating 21% or more of their annual operating budget (AOR) from event and online fundraising efforts during 2022.
