TechSoup Offers Direct Public Offering
After securing $4 million dollars in funding from the Nonprofit Finance Fund, TechSoup is offering a public offering, reports the Nonprofit Times. The Direct Public Offering (DPO) will let investors buy into the DPO with as little as $50.
