Microsoft Dynamics Adds Nonprofit CRM
According to Tech Target, Microsoft has added a CRM for nonprofits to its Dynamics offerings. The new Nonprofit Accelerator has apps and pre-built templates so nonprofits can be easily track donations and other information in one system.
