Nonprofit Makes Writing a Game
The United Way of Greater Houston has a novel way to help kids improve their writing skills, reports Houston Public Media. Working in partnership with the nonprofit Writers in School, the organization runs a program that encourages kids to write a story and then create a video game based on that story.
